OSCE Questions of 70 yr old with asymptomatic RA ,chronic heart failure

1) why was he labeled as asmyptomatic Rheumatoid arthritis?    2) Is his  bilateral knee joint involvement is due to osteoarthritis secondary to metabolic syndrome ?  3) how do we differentiate the knee joint involvement in his case whether it is due to oteoarthritis or Rheumatoid arthritis?  4) Can involvement of osteoarthritis be asymmetric in hands? 5)Is sea gull wing appearance in osteoarthritis restricted to base sparing carpals of hand?
